Liverpool play Crewe in the Carling Cup tonight at Anfield; and there's no way Rafa is going to play his big guns against lower league opposition so why not give David Ngog and Vitor Flora a chance upfront?
Ngog looked good in pre-season, and what better way to boost his confidence than giving him the chance to bag a few tonight?
No one had ever heard of Flora before he signed for us; this is the perfect chance for him to make a name for himself and give Rafa another striking option!

Flora has not even played for the reserves yet, and you want to play him for a cup competitions.. I would have prefered us to play Nemeth upfront, but considering he is still recoverig from injury, i'll go for Keane-Ngog in first half hoping he has gone to totenham to get back his boots or get a proper bath so as not to be unlucky.. Even pacheco if involved in the team will be a great plus for us, but hope this time he find the net, coz he also is among the bunch of players that we have who need to revise their lessons of "How to score".
Young guns
I hope as many young guns as possible are included in tonights game and I think a few will get their chance, but Benitez obviously wants to progress so he`ll probably put out a balanced team. And rightly so. To field a young side only to crash out would be highly counter-procuctive. However, for once I just wish Benitez dares to throw away his papers and be a bit more bold and venturesome, not totally preoccupied with organization, structure and defensive solidity, but actually dare to let his players express themselves more freely. I hope for a young line-up tonight, and Spearing, Pacheco, Insua, Darby, Plessis, El Zahr, N`gog and maybe even San Jose should get a run-out if you ask me. Not too many of them will though, `cause Benitez probably wants to field the likes of Cavalieri, Degen, Pennant, Benayoun, Hyypia, Lucas and maybe even Keane, hoping he opens his goal account. We`ll see ;)

According to lfcglobe.com rafa is going to splash out 10.5m on aislan a brazillian centre back from sao paulo more crap we havent heard of what is it with rafa and signing unknowns! how long is this gonna go on for, id like to see owen come back in january but we'll have to wait and see.
