rafa needs to sign 3 players
this summer. my choice wud be drenthe 8m, villa 25m, swp 10m. i wud like rafa to keep alonso and if rafa pays more than 10m for barry, he is a mug. if barry is that good why ain't the other top 3 teams in the PL after him?.
Id like to see villa,quaresma & maybe SWP as 4 o'neil wanting £20m for barry is a fcuking joke that 4 eyed prick is in dream land id rather he signed milner and thats saying something if i was rafa i WOULD NOT spend £20m on barry.we could get someone a hell of a lot better 4 that money rafa would be a GOON 2 spend that amount on barry he's a good player but not worth that money!!!
get villa,quaersma,swp,or bentley now he has just told sky sports he cant see his future going anywhere at blackburn and wants to play champions league football next season so lets get him on the cheap

shawn left-phillips is a bad idea. even with man city where he was good he wasn't great. at chelsea he was hopeless, continually missing the final touch / pass. ditto when he plays for england. why in the world would we want a player who just happens to be a smaller version of pennant? pennant crosses more than left-phillips, and both of them often just hit the defenders.
quaresma is also a bad idea. i've seen him play in about a dozen games. he has maybe maybe had 2 decent games. he is an overrated player and was hopeless last night as well.
bentley i think would prove a good buy. he is at least accurate and aggressive. and he has a good creative mind. if for nothing else, he should prove to be a good fantasy league player.
Now with Riise gone, sell Crouch, Pennant, Carson, and get Villa, Bentley, Barry (no more than 15 mil pounds), Milner (as a good squad player), etc. And integrate the youngsters like Nemeth, Insua & Plessis.
We will be genuine title challengers...
