Do our scouting team know what to look for ? do they know what they are doing ?
Do our scouting team know what there doing ? looking at he players we are being connected with in the transfer market are they looking in the right areas ?
Equally how can it be that no youngster has come through the ranks over the last three or four Seasons ? our acadamy players won the Youth Cup Two Years running, our Reserves won there league last Season so where are the results, if I were a young player at Liverpool I'd be questioning my future. Why is that Arsene Wenger has so much success with young players yet we have none?
There is something very wrong with our scouting system and our Acadamy somewhere . What do you guys think ? is this a problem ? am I right or wrong ?
I agree ed our scouting system has 2 be wrong or there bloody blind coz they are not looking in the right area's or there could be another reason ed? there spending to much time on the hot beaches and not at football matches we should follow what newcastle has done with dennis wise and get an ex player to do our scouting coz our's is not up 2 scratch end of! 4 us 2 be linked with players such as dossena,hamsik etc etc.... there defo some thing wrong and it needs rectifing a.s.a.p
I think the problem isnt with the youths in liverpool. Its Benitez! We have players like insua, spearing, hobbs, nemeth. All we need is to give them match experience. Thats how Owen came into the premier league. Same for Gerrard and Carragher. We need Benitez to have some trust in the youths.
