As we all know Owen has been injury plagued of late and in my opinion would be a big risk for Rafa to take - and Rafa is NOT a man to take risks as we all know. However who could forget Owens winning goal against Arsenal in the 2001 FA Cup Final etc, etc, but in real terms these were some years ago and we tend to think back very fondly to the past. However LFC has not got a good track record of favourite 'sons' returning to the club. I think back to when Rush returned but could never recapture the form he had when he left us and the same could be said about Robbie F. My feeling would be for Rafa to put in one of the 'for the future' players as he likes to keep saying - but then that would be a risk - and the wheel continues to go round and round..........
