IF you said this 5yrs ago i would agree, used to look at the papers and news and we never got the same coverage as the others and if we did it was brief and mostly negative, however last few yrs i happy to say we get as much paper space as the other 3 and even more lately due to the great fenando and stevie. From what i saw from our victory over Inter, most press where gracious even reporting that the Inter fans celebrated and appauled the scouse machine which they recgonise rolls through europe like Napoleons army of old. We are offen tipped to be underdogs but that will always be the case until we win the PREM and dominate our own league and frankly i like it like that, reminds me of the old fighter who you right off and then WHAM we show them all we are still here.
Arsenal deserve their credit as that match was a JOY to watch they showed true footy in the champs back yard, (well done to them) Dont forget our tie was already over in most peoples eyes mate, if we had lost that i would of been furious.
