Biggest game of our season on tuesday?
Is Tuesday's tie with Inter the biggest game of our season? I know we have a 2 goal lead, and the way we are playing at the moment is quality, but if Inter get an early goal we will be nervous for the rest of the night.
This is the only competition we have to play for now, i know Rafa will pick his best team, and if we have Gerrard, Mascherano and Torres then Inter have something to worry about, but if this does go tits up on tuesday then all we have to go for is getting a CL spot for next season.
I was fortunate enough to go the Inter game at Anfield, and they didnt get a look in, so hopefully we can keep it that way for the 2nd leg to. The next question is who are we going to face in the next round? Theres Schalke, Fenerbache, Barcelona, Roma, Chelsea, Man Utd and Arsenal left; the best we can hope for is Schalke or Fenerbache i reckon.
WOUDNT IT BE GREAT IF WE SCORED AN EARLY GOAL, THEN MILAN OULD HAVE TO SCORE FOUR. WITH THE TYPE OF FORM STEVIE G AND TORRES ARE IN DON'T RULE IT OUT.
To be honest, Before the inter game i said we could beat them, and i will say it again, in Europe we are unbeliveable we can beat anyone and fear noone, we have with ac milan dominated europe for the last 3 yrs and now a fourth is on the way. I really wasnt overly worried about inter before the game, and to be frank always had it in bottom of my feeling we would win. I not going to jinx us into losing so not predicting the score, but its not the biggest or most important match we have, the one after it maybe?> against who knows to get to the semis, i have that feeling again, i really do that we can with gerrard and torres on this form, go to the final in moscow, i only see one team stopping us on the way and that is manure, for somereason if we draw them, i feel we will lose on current form, however that may change in 2 months , Moscow is

I feel our biggest games are in the league and against the maure,arsenal and others around us. WE ARE FIGHTING FOR PRIDE NOW, and therefore need to beat them to show even though we lost the prem title chase to them, we are still a world class side, that is the most important games we have, until the euro final when we get there.
