What did you think of today's game? Torres was quality, Kuyt played decent again, i was a bit disappointed that Crouch only got like a minute in today's game though.
Bearing in mind we had Carragher out, and Arbeloa in central defence, i thought we defended well, i know we conceded two goals but at the end of the day we scored 3, so cant complain really.

superb. yes kuyt, did,t do bad.i still think alonso, should play. lucas is ok, but alonso is better. it was,t a good game,as boro,should never run us that close. and when they scored the second, all at anfield held there breath, not again.still at the end we won, and got 3 points....
ALL ABOUT GETTING A RESULT
At he end of the dat it was all about getting a result, it wasn;t pretty but we got there. Good performances from Torres and Arbeloa played well at the back KUyt also did well.
Poor stuff erom Babel Arelio and Lucas are these guys actually up to playing in the Premiership ?
3 points but not the greatest performance . better than a draw or losing . Puts us back in frony of Everton.
where wud LFC be in the EPL,
where wud LFC be in the EPL, without torres's, sg goals, bottom 4, never mind top 4.
we all no torres is QUALITY, but he alone can't always win games. he needs help alongside him or a formation that will provide him and other players goal scoring chances.
kuyt pyiss poor, nothing new there. he has a gud games, 1 in 20 games.
defence was ok, without carra, ain't happy about letting in 2 soft goals, that shud never of happened.
rafa shud of played crouch with torres. riise on the left, yossi instead of lucas.
lucas, babel, kuyt shud of been on the bench.
rafa worries me with his team selection, formations and wen he brings on the subs.... always too late. we all cud see lucas shud of been taken off at halftime, he was tired.

We still have to go to Old Trafford and the Emirates so we'll see there if Benitez is going to be able to challenge for the title next season.
If we lose those matches, like we always have under Rafa, then we may as well accept now we won't challenge for the title next season if Rafa is in charge.
But we can look forward to Europe again, and maybe the FA Cup or league cup, whatever its called next year.

Did well 2day torres is sher class without him and gerrard id hate 2 think where we would be in the PL we let in 2 soft goals 2day which didnt go down 2 well kuyt didnt score again 2day in the pl nothing new there then but im surprised rafa didnt play crouch 2day along side torres but hey ho thats rafa 4 ya god help us against man u and chelsea but glad with 2days win tho gr8 hatrick from el nino.
