Liverpool need the following. 2 geniune wingers, 1 striker and a wingback and maybe a creative midfielder.

I'd try to lure the following players during the summer.

Karim Benzema (awesome striker who would be a perfect foil to Torres)

Samir Nasri (a creative midfielder / and future playmaker)

Daniel Alves (attacking right midfielder and wingback)

I'd finance the arrival of these players, most of whome would cost over 15 million by selling the following:

Kujt (lets face it, the man is pure shite)

Alonso (He's not going to be the same player he was 2 years ago, either he's forgotten how to pass over 35yard with accuracy, or he just won't do it anymore)

Crouch (decent, but still not good enough)

Pennant (1 goal in 100+ appearences just won't cut it if you want to be more then #4)

Risse (not good enough)
