I thought We played very well tonight against a very organised team. I disagree with a lot of people I thought Kuyt had one of his best games for ages, bringing Crouch on made a huge difference.
Finnan had a superb game as did Mascherano,Stevie g's goal was superb, our defence went untroubled , and we hould have had a penalty, if only We could play like that every week.

I thought Arelio was hugely dissapointing and Babel didnt do very much either.

But a 2-0 win against Inter Milan is a great result, now we need the first goal in the San Siro and they will have to score four.

It was a great win,Rafa still must go unless he treats the Premiership in the same way he treats the CL.

Few things still bothered me,why the hell does Aurelio get free kick duty when he has never proved himself as a half decent free kick taker before??Also I didnt like the way it took 85 minutes to break the dead lock against 10 men,would we have gotten the same result against 11?Dont know but the second leg needs to be approached with alot of caution!

europe owez bring the best of liverpool. but why we cant win like dis in EPL is doubful. i hope dis win will change the mentality and disbelief of the players. we're had a very good players but lack of confident.

That was a confiedence booster for the lads, we played the so called best undeafted team in europe with world class players off the park, they never looked like scoring. i went into this game with a feeling we would beat them, we are unbeleiveable in european cup. That was the same 11, kuyt,aurellio and hypia who have been playing all season and not being scoring. it is rafas lack of motivation in the league but it is also the bloody players, because on this evidence my claim at the begining of the season that this team has just enough to be there or there abouts is true. we are short a couple of world class players, however why we cant do this week in week out i dont know. kuyt had a great game, even without his goal, he pulled wide and worked well with finnan, The job he was asked to do!!!
We beat them, we should be celebrating at least a little. there is no reason why we cant win this trophy again. except the ones who dont want to because rafa will stay in the job, that excuse is crazy, robbing the fans of another champs of europe so one man can loose his job, come on.
