We will all have our preferred team and so I don't miss out mine is below.
First could we discuss some of the basic man management skills required of a football coach.

1. Central midfield players should not play left wing.
2. International left wingers should not be left on the bench when you play a central midfield player on the left wing.
3. Central defenders who have held the team together during the n onsense of the past two years should not be shoved to right back to make way for an untried centre half who is barely match fit.
4. The right back who gets kicked out for no reason whatsoever should not then be brought on at left back where hasn't played for God knows how long.
5. The guy on the bench who scored a hat trick a week ago and normally plays right wing should not be brought on at left wing to cover the two previous mistakes
6. Forwards who, during their limited chances of wearing their shirt with pride and often score, should not be substituted.
7. People who do not understand the above should be sacked.
