Daniel Levy, the Spurs chairman, confirmed the fee as £19million with a further £1.3million in possible add ons, lets see what we are getting for that amount of money :
Over the last three seasons
Over the last three seasons he has the best goals per game ratio of any player in the Prem.
He's really come on leaps and bounds at Spurs and has benefited from settling down and playing regularly.
If he gets a chance at Liverpool he'll do well - but I fear he'll end up a squad player or be used out wide. Shame
