New Torres ad being filmed in Liverpool today?

After the growing popularity of Nike's Fernando Torres advert, a new ad was being filmed in Liverpool today.
I was at Speke retail park, when a van kitted out with speakers and tvs pulled up, playing the Torres tune and displaying the ad on the screens, people in Torres t shirts were doing football tricks, while some fine looking ladies in Spanish dresses were dancing about handing out t shirts to everyone; while it was being filmed by a tv crew. Hopefully it will be on our screens soon!

SURELY WE ARNT GOING TO WASTE 9M ON MILNER
Surely Benitez has more sense than to waste 9m on Milner. Some papers say we may pay 7m plus Guthrie, far better to keep Guthrie ( a better player in my view ) and put the money towards signing David Villa or Queresma.

He Is Serious
Benitez is doing exactly what is capable of - building a squad to his limtations. Added to his inability to motivate a team and we have the Happy to be Fourth Club. Alonso has suffered a loss of confidence / form - not surprising under Benitez but if Alonso out and Milner in is progress then we've had it. Why allow this agony to go on - while Benitez stays we'll all have to join the Happy to be Fourth Club - we are going nowhere else. Can't remember looking at a set of fitures with such dread. He's probably plotting for a point at Sunderland already.

Bentley Milner and Downing are all Squad players, are they any better than what we allready have ? the answer has to be no. None of them are exceptional in any way. None are world beaters and none of them are perticurely consistant. All are at best average.
Benitez is a fool he would be 100 times better off selling Alonso Riise Crouch and Guthrie and getting David Villa a player who would give our team something to shout about.
If Benitez continues in the way he is so far in the transfer market, I can see him out on his ear come Xmas, surely he must realise Liverpool have got to come up with a title challenge, or is he a moron ? NOTHING SPECIAL SQAUD PLAYERS WILL GET US NOWHERE FAST.

Benitez should do everthing within his power to sign David Villa, us Liverpool fans need some cheering up, his transfer signings so far have hardly set the World on fire. Getting Villa and Barry would give us something to shout about.
Being connected to Bentley, Milner and Downing is enough to have us crying in our beer.

I think torres signing has set the world on fire? I have to disagree that bentley would be a good signing hes got pace great balance and can take players on for fun and hes still a young lad also villa would be a great signing but i think hes going chelsea

DSTMASON I agree Torres has been Benitez's Best signing to date, I meant his signings so far this Summer. Benitez's track recold with transfers has been hit and miss, Reinna, Agger, Skrtel, Mascherano, Torres have all been succes stories , Babel looks good as well, but equally there have been a number of flops, Gonzalez, Nunez, Pennant, Voronin, Morientes to name a few, at least Benitez usually moves them on fairly quickly if they flop.
Its just that to improve our team we need top class players not nearly men. Bentley is ok but is he top drawer ? Milner and Downing certainly arn't rather than spend 12m on bentley I'd rather we bought Queresma or put the 12m towards Villa ( who has said Liverpool interest him because of all the Spanish connections ). I want us to buy players who WILL make a huge difference to the side , we need to improve big time if we are going to make a Premiership Challenge and the only way that will happen is by signing top quality players.

EDDIE Quaresma is a great player to watch but to be honest his work rate sucks he loses the ball and dont chase it back,Like kuyt does penant is still a decent player in my eyes,im sure he got some man of the match awards last season i would give him another season he may blossom,I can see villa going for over 30 million after the euros and we cant afford it,even tho i would love to see him partner el nino in our attack,I got my eye on another player Pablo Aimar fantasic player great passer does things like quaresma but a better team player,and he would prob sell for around 10 mill and not 25 like quaresma

I don't care that queresma doesnt track back, Thats what makes him such a good player , i'd rather have him in my side than Kuyt anyday all Kuyt is good for is running he should have become a marathon runner. Queresma has talent he knows how to beat a man, he knows how to cross a ball( something Pennant cannot seem to grasp ) and he knows how to score ( something Kuyt Voronin and Pennant have forgotton how to do ) , whats more he is available for 12m due to Porto' disqualification from the Champions League.
Benitez places too much emphasis on players work rate and not enough on there skill levels, we have been crying out for a player with a bit of flair and to my mind queresma in that player. We should do everything in our power to get Queresma and Villa.
That said is looking highly likely that were getting a donkey instead word on the street has it Milner is nearly ours with Guthrie going in the opposite directon plus 7m, more money wasted, why oh why waste 9m on Milner ? when a player like Queresma is available for about 3m more ? if you value Guthrie at 2m.
No Quaresma for Liverpool
I have read from the reliable Guillem Ballague of Sky Sports that Benitez will not sign Quaresma because he has reservations about his character off the field.
In other words, like Houllier with Anelka, he doesn't believe Quaresma will be a robot like Kuyt and do everything he orders so he doesn't want him. He wants men like Kuyt instead. Maybe Rafa is indeed a control freak that doesn't want players he can't control like robots.
Since when is Milner worth any money? What has he done at Newcastle? I can't remember him doing anything to merit a bid from a club like Liverpool. What a waste of money.
Although Guillem Ballague also said Benitez has a surprise big signing coming. So maybe David Villa is a done deal. If that be the case then we'll all smile. If not, Rafa is under severe pressure from day one of the new season if Barry is his biggest signing.
Milner, Degen and Dossena are more like Bolton signings. Not very exciting.

David silva from Valencia is any day a bettter nd a more complete player than quaresma... and he has had an outstanding EURO2008 so far.. for the past month ive been seeing quaresma s name in every other post... VILLA wud be a great signin and so to barry .. these two signings , if they happen, will be great for us...im not too sure abt quaresma... if we get him ...good.. but he wont come cheap.. 20 million i think... dont u think we can spend the money to buy SILVA ... it makes more sense to me...

Quaresma not consistent
Ive watched him many of times he is hot and cold we dont really need a player like that,we need a consistent winger i would prefer Joaquin any day of the week than quaresma even pablo aimar is more consistent and can score insane goals im not saying quaresma hasnt got talent,cause he has bags of it he reminds me of a bad version of luis figo with a bad attitude.

Everybody is screaming about big signings big signings is crazzy because we dont have the money. If we had the money then Benitez has no excuse, he would need to leave.
I beleive he is doing the best he can with wot he has got. Ive always beleived selling the likes of crouch, xabi alonso, benayoun is gonna be a loss
