I'm sorry to dissapoint you, but Sheikh Muhammed bin Rashid is not a life long Liverpool supporter as has been talked about, but the CEO of DIC, Sameer Al Ansari is, Al Ansari studied in England and have been to Anfield many a times... he's the major factor of why DIC wants to purchase Liverpool in the first place, and the fact that he made a big name of himself here helped his cause with the Sheikh giving his blessings and support to the mission.

As part of Dubai Reds "The Liverpool supporters based in Dubai"... the support we get here is great, the fact that even Man United, Arsenal or Chelsea don't have the same support we have here is a very big bonus... when I went to watch the FA Cup 2006 final with the rest of the reds, the numbers turned out and the cheering and singing was unbelievable... Dubai is full of Reds supporters, from all races... this as well helps out pretty much.
