Give Crouch the chance to knock the wind out of Wenger's sails!

The last time we played Arsenal at Anfield, Peter Crouch bagged 3 goals against The Gooners, surely he is the right man to start upfront today?

Torres might not play, depending on if he is fit or not, but in his absence, Rafa has gone with Kuyt and Voronin upfront- a combination that has lacked goals.

Crouch plays best when he has someone with pace to chase after flick ons, through balls and lost causes, rather than two workhorses upfront who both have similar roles. Admittedly, we do tend to go for the long ball when he's upfront, but why not? With Pennant out there is a chance Gerrard could be on the wing to put crosses in for the big man?

Crouch's days look numbered, he has only been getting a few minutes at the end of games, when there is not enough time to change anything. Rafa knows what he can do after seeing him tear Wenger's team a new Arse(nal) last season, whats to say he wont do it again?

Crouch would be best.

I think like you crouch should be on today against Arsenal. I don't think Kuyt is good enough since he started playing for Liverpool he has not shown how great he can be ,not to me anyway. I will give Voronin the benefit of the doubt I'm still waiting to see what he can do!
