Robbie's agent has played down speculation linking him with the U$
Fowler is out of contract this summer and with the introduction of Voronin there has been various speculation as to how many strikers we will have next season.
New England Revolution coach Steve Nicol has claimed he has held talks with former Liverpool team-mate Robbie Fowler about a move to Major League Soccer. Nicol said "We've spoken, but as of yet there's nothing been settled. He's really just dipping his foot in the water here. It's something he's thinking about. He's getting his ducks in a row. Whether he gets a contract at Liverpool or whether he moves on, he's dipping his foot in the water."
Fowler's agent George Scott told BBC Radio Five Live "He has not had a conversation with Steve and I don't think they could afford him anyway. If he was to think about moving, Qatar or Dubai could be an option."
Could you see Robbie in the US along with Beckham? Neither can we :)

As long as Fowler can kick a ball he'll want to stay at LFC. But if he's not wanted I'd say a move to a warmer climate might suite. I can't see this happening. Robbie is very much a family man and with four young children I dought he'd want to unsettle them by moving away from his current location. I wouldn't be surprised to see him retire if not handed a contract extension. It would be a shame cos I feel he has a lot to offer the club.

We need to get stuck into them from the first minute and not sit back. Utd don't like it when they have no time on the ball.
I think they're overrated anyway; they're great at beating trash teams every week but against quality sides they always struggle, as is shown in Europe every year. Rafa should send out the boys to really put Utd in their place and send them home from Anfield with their reputation in tatters!!

Im quite pesimistic of us beating the mancs tomorrow ...of course i want us to stuff them like we did chelsea but the dirty scum look unstoppable...just hope we wont make too many mistakes and take our chances ...good luck lads

Makes no mistake this will be a tough game but the lads are full of confidence and United haven't been at the races for their last 2 games!! Their big threat this season has been Ronaldo so it'll probably be wise to double up on him with the new guy and aurellio and finnan and pennant on the wings.
Through the middle is where we should really be running things so we'll need our cleverest striker to open space up (Fowler) with bellamy just behind him!!
A 4-4-2 should be enough to beat em as they don't have the depth in midfield

You are right, it will be a tough game, but if we get stuck in them from the start and don't let them settle in and control the pace we should sneak the points.
The only thing that will take the gloss of a brill win over the scum is giving the blue scum a chance to win the prem.

i wouldn't blame Robbie if
i wouldn't blame Robbie if he went to another club at this stage, but the chances of him moving to the US are very slim i'd say. He is a dedicated family man and he has said that one of the reasons of moving to Man City was so that his family could be near him and he never had the intention of moving out of Liverpool. Chances are he will go somewhere else because he is definitely not getting what he deserves at LFC!

He's being done dirty at the moment!! alright the legs might have gone but he's clever enough to compensate for that and he is head and shoulders above any other striker when it comes to putting the ball in hen doesn't the back of the net!! You know Rafa goes public and says he doesn't know how he'll replace robbie and you think 'yeah he gets it!' and then doesn't play the guy ... GGGRRRR !!!
When he watches the games and sees Khuyt in the midfield or wide on the wing and Bellamy continually off side ... what does he do to resolve these things because they happen so much that anyone would think he enjoys seeing Khuyt come so deep and Bellamys over eagerness!!
I can't get into his head ... is there anyone from spain on this site who could shed a little light on the Rafa Psyche ??
