Rafa's Bad results or mere reality??
ManU - Reading 0-0 (Reading played with 10 players for the last 17 minutes)
Reading - Liverpool 3-1 (We had Chapions league must win game agead, coz thats the owners priority)
Portsmouth - Liverpool 0-0
Portsmouth - ManU 1-1
Portsmouth - Arsenal 0-0
ManCity - ManU 1-0
ManCity - Liverpool 0-0
Blackburn - Arsenal 1-1
Blackburn - Liverpool 0-0
Chelsea - Blackburn 0-0
Liverpool - Birmingham 0-0
Arsenal - Birmingham 1-1
Middlesbrough - Arsenal 2-1
Middlesbrough - Liverpool 1-1
These Results show that wherever we have lost points this season, we have not been the only big team to have lost points there!! You can't blame Rafa if the other teams have consolidated or playing 10 players as defenders behind the ball!!!
Everybody was crititcising Benitez for a draw at Portsmouth, but if they were such an easy team to beat, then how come ManUre with its multi-millions star players could not break that team to win the game, neither Assnal with its wonderkids!!
Am waiting ahead for the ManCity-Chelsea&Asnal game, and pretty sure they won't get better results than us overthere.
We need to be Realistic and be a supporter, not just "Fans"
If Benitez is that bad, then How come Kuyt/Voronin/Crouch missed so many opportunities in the games we draw or lost..Where does those opportunities come from? Were they created from nowhere? Or were they created by the very same player whom rafa has brought..Unfortunately he can't go on the field and take the chances which those Craps can't take.
Another thing is that, to get rid of a player, you need teams to come for them(else we would have donated kuyt long ago) and with the right price, if you don't play a player, they would never attract any team... But our misfortune, there's a big price to pay for that (Sissoko in Marseille game)
So...Is Rafa that Bad to have got the same results that other big teams got at some slippery grounds?? Its a mere reality some teams are getting better day by day..we need to accept it and be patient..at least till the end of the season. Who knows Lady luck may smile to us in the second part of the season ;)
Its all down 2 rafa's negative tactics has lost us those games or drawn them take the wigan game 4 instance rafa thought. oh its only wigan ill play with one up front! it may of been wigan and we should of won but there all hard games in the PL no matter what position they are in the league it back fired on him big time thats why the fans are on 2 him it doesnt matter what the likes of man u,chelsea or arsenal get on against them coz those teams can bounce straight back from a poor result un-like us we take it on 2 the next game and the next etc etc... thats why we are 12 pts behind coz of rafa's stupidity and negative line ups we should of beaten the likes of pompey,birmingham & wigan. NO EXCUSES!
Before the game at wigan all of us (am sure including you) were criticising Rafa's preference for Craps like Kuyt/Voronin/Crouch to play alongside Torres..they could produce nothing, So Rafa decided to play the teams best Goalscorers Upfront Torres-Gerrard..thats LOGIC and should have produced goals theoretically when playing your best goalscorers upfront.. Yet Rafa is not good for taking that decision :))
A team can be beaten if they play football..But Portsmouth simply don't appear to play football, the play DEFENCEBALL putting 10 players defending ferociously, Thats why neither ManUre nor Assnal could won there.
We need to complain for having lost to wigan and Reading...but not now!! We need to support the club, the manager, the players so that they can give performance, not just Hammer their already crushed heads..
The lineup against Wigan was not negative. Chelsea and Man U play one up top all the time. Chelsea have won 2 titles in recent years with this formation (4-3-3). We played that game with our three best central midfielders, Gerrard/Alonso/Mascherano and with Kewell and Pennant as wing forwards. It's only a negative formation depending on the players you pick in the wing positions. Kewell and Pennant are hardly defensive players. The only negative is that Pennant is seriously lacking in class. Don't give me the old "well why did Rafa sign him then" line. He only signed Pennant because we didn't have the money to sign his top transfer targets at the time. Milan beat us with one forward in last seasons CL final, try find a negative in that game for Milan fans.

All this crap criticalmind , if Rafa has no faith in Kuyt Voronin Crouch then he should sell all three and buy someone who can score. He brought that crap to the club nobody else, si its down to him if we cant convert our chances. Thank god we have Torres without him we really would be up shit creek.
Eddie dear edie..i said it lots of time be realistic...You got a player for free just for one year, and now you want to sell him and make money on him..do you hear yourself how you sound??? Voronin came for free coz there were not enough funds for back up... Kuyt..well unfortunately nobody is coming for him, and after his misses against Luton town, not even league 2 teams would want him!! We can't just donate a player like that, need to get at least half of the paid price on him..am pretty sure if any team would comes around Rafa would offload him without hesitation.
Same apply for Crouch, he missed so many occasions also, was the defender of luton in the last game, having stopped 2 shots from our players...Rafa is still waiting for some clubs to come with concrete offer for him.
Its not just Torres who perform, the chances that he takes are most of the time created by other players, admit it or not!!
Criticalmind it was Benitez who bought these three clowns to the club in the first place. What other manager in he's right mind would pay 9m for Kuyt ?
These clowns are stopping the team from progresing I don;t give a shit if we get money for them or not who would buyTthem anyway, Voronin ? he is as bad as Kuyt if not worse.
SELL THE ONE WHO WILL FETCH A FEE CROUCH AND GET SOMEONE IN WHO KNOWS WHERE THE GOAL IS .
The three stooges are preventing youngsters from getting a chance , there preventing Babel from playing upfrony, they are preventing us from getting forth spot. They are fuc+ing useless.
Rafa needs shooting for letting them put on the famous red shirt week in week out. Another reason along with all the others for Rafa to get the sack.
Just as well there not snooker players the frame would go on all bloody night, without any of them scoring, with the exception of Torres we must have the worst forward line in the Premiership.
Without Torres and Stevie G we would be in the bottom half of the table.
I don't know if this website was active whne we bought kuyt, if you used to came here..BUT Don't claim that yuo were SOOOOO SURE Kuyt would prove to be a misfit when we bought him!!!!!!!
He scored loads of goals in Holland, Newcastle was after him and willing to pay 8 million Rafa got him for that price..But all of us were thinking we would have something different, even Rafa, but we were wrong...

Kuyt really sucks..thats the reality..Voronin and crouch are craps too. But in a club you can't donate players!!! Especially when you have money minded owners at the command.
You talk as if you've got a magic crystal at home seeing who would have been a great player in premier league and who not!!! If buying the best scorer from holland and the the best scorer of england makes you the worst manager of the premiership, then Benitez is wrong...seee the sense for yourself.
But i agree with you on the fact that we should play Babel upfront and give our youngsters more chance... but not for blaming rafa to have brought those craps.
rafa has had to buy/sign players who are second rate cause we didnt have the cash to compete. how can he be blamed.
kuyt looked a more secure option than berba at the time,who could have known.pennant was second choice to alves..who are a world apart in terms of class.
Bellamy was second choice too.
we have plenty of sellable players, we will move forward as soon as this mess is sorted. Rafa is the man for the job.
