Rafa must go BUT..
We wud all luv to see this Flinstone go but my concern is tat a hatful of players might follow? I mean his Spanish armada.. Says even Masch is thinkin bout signing due to this.. Not tat i rate Masch too highly anyways..
Unless a great manager fills in Rafa's boots as soon as he's gone.. Someone who can motivate the players.. Someone who can make them feel like they can actually achieve sumthin.. Someone who has tat feelin himself.. Someone like Mourinho..
If Maurinho is that good, Why was he sacked by Chelsea???? Why was he struggling to get results when Abrahmovich did not provide funds last Summer?? Why couldn't he won the Title again last year also he had a team of talented players bought for millions???? Why didn't him won the Championsleague with Chelsea??? With the amount of money he had, even Sam Allardyce could have got a Treple...
Gud point my boy.. but at the rate we're goin now, jus about anyone can succeed Rafa n do better.. I think even Roy Keane can do betta!

The only trouble with Jose is he keeps wimming trophies, who would want a manager like that ? In answer to your concerns Julez Jose speaks fluent Spanish along with 5 other languages , so don't worry about our Spanish contingent leaving, they would be only too happy to play under a manager who brings success to every club he manages.Forget all this he has to have money crap, he won the Champions League with Porto for christ sake and hardly had a penny to spend. Unlike Rafa who has spent 125m so far in 3 years.
I think Maurinho will bring back the passion, the competitive edge and the hunger for winning. Things we have lost over the past couple of years.
Roy Keane is my pick of one of the worst managers around.. So i meant it in a sarcastic way tat probably even he cud do a better job.. I'm startin to think tat Houllier wasn't so bad after all.. hehe..
Well i wasn't a big fan of Mourinho but once he's wit us, i'm sure i'll be ok.. He sort of GUARANTEES success for he's the type who wont settle for any less or 2nd best.. I think it was Criticalmind who pointed out tat when he left, Chelski were doin quite bad.. But i'm sure if he'd have stayed, he'd hav turned it around..
Nevertheless, i hope they dont decide to keep Rafa cos he's obviously gettin everythin wrong.. Now i think even Eddie can be a better manager den him.. *wink* :D

I agree Julez , I would make a better manager and Id have criticalmind as my assistant, you kev j , redfoelife, ect on my coaching staff, it seems obvious from reading all these posts that between us we would win the Premiership every year the Champions League every other year and the FA Cup every three years, we could leave the Carling Cup for the likes of Chelsea Arsenal and Man U.
I think we would win the PL if we was in charge 2 lol! it would save the yanks a lot of money which where do i go 4 my application form eddie?
