BOOM,!!! TITLE ALL OVER
The title has gone up in flames, i have been one of the more positive fans on this site, but i now admit it was all invane, wigan should of been beaten easily and we didnt do that. We now face Man City going above us, this is a season which promised so so much but has delivered very little. we cant win it now and i wont ever say we can again on this site for the rest of the season. Sorry rafa you couldnt do it and neither could the players. the quality we have should show we should be winning these games at a canter however we dont seem to be able to. we can lose one or two or even 3 to smaller teams but our lack of ability to score goal after goal shows we cant push for the ultimate prize this year.

Unfortunately thats the truth, Title is over now...Lets just wait till the end of the season and see if Benitez deserve to stay or not instead of going in useless debate...No point of discussing things now, coz not gonna hapens before season ends.
Wigan was much better than us, at least they got a draw here, we have been unable to get draw aginst the big 3 for couple of years. And neither seeing anybody coming for rescue in the transfer window...so...

But you're right Stu. We are too far behind now, another season of chasing a CL spot.
Liverpool bood off the pitch, Rafa the tinkerman plays one up front against the third from bottom side, what a disgrace. Forget winning the Premiership, lets hope the likes of Everton, Portsmouth Man City, and Aston Villa don't start to overtake us . When will Rafa ever learn that his obsession with rotation just does not work.
I am tired of supporting this team that constantly underacheive in the league, once again don't deliver when they need to, I appreciate that only one team can win the league however just to be in the mix would be a start, Its January the 2nd and we are out of the championship race, collectively we have some very good players however we do not have a good team! Gutted, Sick and I see no light at the end of the tunnel, Thank god the Spanish football has started again!!!
I thought we could win Wigan tonight but no like stulivred has said our hopes have gone up in flames. Why?.I thought with our good players, we could kick some arse this season but no i feel let down. I never hear our new players at the start ot the season being some what great,but people i know said they were good players, i have not seen antyhing great i'm still waiting, i will be waiting for a long time. Get rid of Rafa and start a new for next season players too.

HE'S ALL OUT OF HIS EXCUSES! as far as im concerned we need 2 get rid 2 save our season whats left of it does anyone still think im wrong?
Tonight is a sad night for us all. We're all proud Liverpool fans who have seen enough to know that big signs like tonight mean the end of an era. No amount of excuses in the world can hide the reality of when a manager has run out of ideas.
We need to get Mourinho this summer before someone else does or we'll be stuck with an unproven guy like Klinnsman and God knows how he'd do.
Thank you Rafa for great, great memories in Europe but you are not the man to win the Premier League for Liverpool. Only the really stupid would dispute that after tonight with very difficult trips to Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge and the Emirates still to come this season.
What honest intelligent fan could honestly believe that next season Benitez would claim the title with one or two additions. He can't motiivate the players week in week out ans that's the greatest problem.
My God. I have defended Rafa in all his crazy antics but tonight well.... even I am stunned by this formation - 4,1,4,1. Who ever played this before and nore importantly, WHY????
We lost the PL tonight, not because of the result but because of Rafa. Plain & Simple.

Sorry for the pun, however if we are being realistic we have signed some shite! Kuyt (what a waster) if he played for Everton we would slate them for having a sub standard Striker, we have no quality wingers, potentially a debt larger than some third world countries have and a manager who continually bores me with how we controlled the game, created opportunities, blah blah.... However we didn,t fkin win!! Looking at our form and potential, I would like to recommend a saving on building costs for the new stadium..... No need for a large trophy room!
sack RAFA and fucking sack him now coz its only gonna get worse the longer he is in charge as eddie said lets hope everton,pompey or a.villa dont overtake us it pains me 2 say i wouldnt be a bit surprised if all the above did! i dread 2 think what team he's gonna put out 4 the luton game! ill say it again till im blue in the face SACK HIM AND DO IT NOW!!!
