LOTS OF SPECULATION RE DROUCH AND SISSOKO SHOULD WE CASH IN ?

If we get mashcerano then we can afford to lose sissoko, but only abroad not another prem team, gerrard xabi and mascherano is plenty of quality and depth for 2 midfield places, we got levia coming through as well. Sissoko be a loss though, as when hes on form he is great and frees up gerrard to rest.
Crouch should stay, be madness to sell a guy who scores, is a different type of threat and changes things when comes on as a sub. he is a weapon we should keep, remind yourselves of JANKER who played for bayern amongst others, he was so successful at what he did because he was the only one of a kind at the time, huge threat, and i believe crouch is a better player than him, so he should stay.

To be honest, I'd keep both. Sissoko in his first season was a sensation, we were bragging about snatching him from the Toffee's hands !!! Overall he had some bad times and good times, he should have until the end of the season to show his worth, if he dissapointed, then I guess Rafa would do his job and look for someone else. About Crouch, he'll stay, media is just trying to sell papers and get their watchers rates as high as possible, these brats would do anything to get your attention. Crouch is pretty much the best striker we have after Torres, if -God forbid- Torres got injured, all our focus will be on Crouchie...

Keeping a player or selling him is not our thing, we just listen to speculations and see how things are going as far as we are concerned !! As I said, I'll keep both unless we replace them with better options in Midfield and Forwardline

Mascherano will cost us 17 million, so if we wanna keep him at liverpool, we better sell sissoko for 10 million if sny clubs are willing to price himaway, less than that its better to keep him. Also we need to understand that unlike in other clubs like chelsea, in liverpool if one player don't play he starts moaning giving rise to the rotation system, so its also another reason why we should cash in on sissoko, Alonso, Leiva can do his job perfectly, so why to keep 4 players for one post.
As For DROUCH , if other clubs are willing to pay 10 million we should certainly took the cash and look for better options, he can score only against lowly teams, don't has so much assists as voronin meaning he is not even that good as a second striker, besides he wastes too many golden opportunities..we should definitely sell him, had he scored in those 3 months when he signed for liverpool we would have had won the premier league in that season, had Fowler not been brought in then we would have had finished 15th in the EPL.

Criticalmind, I'm not surprised by your comments mate. But let me make it simple and clear about Crouch...

Without him, Gerrard would have never scored the first leveller against West Ham in the FA Cup Final... without him, Gerrard would have never scored up to 23 goals that season... without him we would have not won the Community Shield against minnows Chelsea FC !!!... without him we would have never crushed Man United out of the FA Cup for the first time in 85 years (!)... without him we would have drawn against Arsenal in the first match under the new Americans (take his hat-trick out, and you'll see it out)... Without him we would have struggled away from home where he had an excellent way in keeping the ball in his feat and giving us the space to attack from midfield.

Sure, critics can be very critical about the number of goals he should have scored in so many times, but his record for both Liverpool and England is becoming sensational everytime he steps up, and I have to disagree with you mate, he better stay, if we wanna cash in on someone, then we better not to... the Americans have the money to do the job, I don't think they brought Torres, Babel, Lucas, Benayoung in the summer and said "well done to us, that's all about it, let's build this damn stadium before they ask for more!"

As of Mascherano, he'll stay... I don't think Rafa would let such a commanding great tackler leave for no apparent reason, he likes the club and stated that he can't see him self in any other club's colors in the near future!

As of Sissoko, he was a sensation in his first season until he got that eye injury, and even when he returned he was still on top form, he needs confidence back, and he better get it soon, or his days here will be turly numbered.

Well Crouch simply MUST stay! If there's any striker goin out, it shud be Kuyt.. Voronin's an intelligent player, so even if he doesn't score, he's contributing.. Kuyt shud hav contemplated bein a sprinter or runner instead of football.. Runs like a horse, a headless one too..

I'm perfectly happy wit all our midfielders.. Give Babel n Leiva a chance, im sure they'll do well.. If it wasn't for Neville's heroics, Leiva wud hav got his first goal for us, in a derby match too.. Wat wud tat hav done for his confidence? I've even seen enuf of Leto to be impressed.. Benny's fine n Pennant crosses well when on form..

But as for Momo, SERIOUSLY he's jus a waste of space.. Think of replacements we can get.. Yeah he was good once, but i dun see him rediscoverin tat form.. The guy has AWFUL first touch n ball control n my grandma runs better wit the ball.. And he said recently tat he regrets joinin us n shud hav joined Juventus..
