Video technology, more linesmen less ref baiting

Am i the only one who is sick and tired of pre-madonna's arguing with the ref. I noticed a couple of people on this forum Eddie and Julie are along the same lines. Its time we introduced video technology and maybe a goalline-linesmen. whether its hurts us or not, i sick and tired of refs flashing red cards to players who then make teams lose matches on a wrong decision, or in our case being victims of teams who practice diving. Yellow cards for a dive instantly should be the practice, eg drogba-ronaldo-half of pomeys team and even gerrard, who says he's against it. We are lucky with our discipline record we are always among the best in the league, mind you so are Manure if you check the stats which i find incredible. But this topic is always brought up when the rugby is on, and so it should be, because we are obviously seeing something in their game which we want in ours.
I would work it like this.
Goal line technology for goals - if want try a goal-linesmen first then advance
Video technology for big decisions like a penalty or foul leading to a fight etc.
Better coaching for the refs instructing them on better ways of dealing with the player, eg treat them like men not naughty boys, (which they sometimes act like if honest)
Most of all, from an early age i want coaching introduced to players teaching them, to respect the ref.

We can do all this if rugby can, we have more money in our game, our stadiums are better and bigger with room for screens, or side line camera's. And i dont give a crap if fifa dont allow it, we are the prem league and we can govern our own league thats what the rule say, so no excuses about consistency from the prem league goveners, its crap, if we do it europe will follow i guarantee you.
Any other ideas would be great to, but i cant think of any. The saying it will slow the game donwn is nonsense, its takes 20 seconds to show a replay and get a correct decision, it takes much longer for a ref to calm down 22 stupid, childish kids running at him, Gerrard and Carra can lead by example here and start doing this. We shoulnt be entitled to complain about other teams or wrong decisions from now on unless we get our own house in order, were one of the better ones i will agree but were not perfect. its double standards to expect me to give a damm why we lost when we won a previous week with a dodgy penalty. I cant go on being a hypocrite. leave that to chelsea diving blues, Man - lets do the ref - Utd and Arsenal i didnt see anything even though i was there wenger. Do we really want to be amongst that kind of hypocritical company?
