OUT GUESS THE TINKERMAN WHAT WOULD YOUR TEAM BE AGAINST EVERTON ?
SOUNDS LIKE THE NAME OF A NEW GAMESHOW ON THE TELLY, FORGET FANTASY FOOTBALL SEE IF YOU CAN OUT GUESS THE TINKERMAN AND SELECT THE TEAM RAFA WILL PLAY AGAINST EVERTON. TIPS - 1) REMEMBER RAFA DOESNT LIKE TO PLAY PLAYERS WHO HAVE PLAYED IN INTERNATIONAL GAMES OR ONE'S THAT HAVE TRAVELLED LONG DISTANCES 2) RAFA DOESNT LIKE TO PLAY PLAYERS PLAYING REALLY WELL
3) RAFA LIKES TO THROW IN THE ODD RED HERRING.4)RAFA DOESN'T REALLY LIKE TO PLAY THE SAME MIDFIELD OR FORWARD LINE TWICE IN A ROW 5) RAFA USUALLY CHANGES FIVE OR SIX PLAYERS FROM HE'S PREVIOS LINE UP :

i would play riise instead of aurilio,otherwise team looks ok
i'd like 2 c xabi back in maybe 4 pennant and as for aurelio maybe arbeloa ,he been fairly consistant this season and prob have riise on the left of midfield cause he's better going forward and unleashing the beast he has in that left peg of his

I think he will go with a bit of height up front, get at everton early and put them on the back foot, just to silence their fans.
Needs a bit of bite in midfield and Gerrard and masha will do this.
But i dont think the derby is the type of game to be bringing in new players or returning from injury. aurelio hasnt got the form at the minute and babel might be used but would be more attacking then/changing the whole shape and not sure rafa gonna do that away from home so soon, in our form. So Riise for me, and is agger fit?? is he in training yet?? If he only just returned then it will be Sami who plays. I prefer Riise because he can defend more than Babel and Rafa might use this to nul the crowd first half. Pennant and Riise get forward enough anyway and will lob a few crosses in to the 2 big lads. With torres speed Everton will be reluctant to play high up the park so bit of height in the box and we could score from a knock down. If he doesnt use crouch i go Kuyt, but i would choose Big Pete

How many of you think Rafa's career at LFC is dependant on us winning the League this year. Do you think George and Tom will sack him if he fails??
A LOT WILL DEPEND ON WHERE WE FINISH THIS SEASON, IF WE WERE TO FAIL IN UALIFYING FOR CHAMPS LEAGUE - END UP OUT OF THE TOP FOUR , THEN RAFA 'S JOB WOULD BE ON THE LINE.HOWEVER WITH THE PLAYERS WE HAVE GOT I CAN SEE US CHALLENGING FOR THE TITLE , WE ARE SUFFERING A BLIP IN FORM, BUT WE HAVE STARTED FAR BETTER THIS YEAR THAN LAST , AND THE TITLE HAS NEVER BEEN WON IN NOVEMBER , THERE IS STILL A VERY LONG WAY TO GO. THE ONE THING THAT P*ISSES ME OFF MORE THAN ANYTHING THOUGH IS ALL THIS ROTATION, WHY OH WHY DOES RAFA INSIST ON IT ?, WHEN IS HE GOING TO LEARN THAT IT JUST DOES NOT WORK. HOW A MANAGER CAN CHANGE THINGS SO MANY TIMES IS BEYOND ME, OVER TIME ALL THE GREAT TEAMS HAVE BEEN VASED ON A SETTLED SIDE. SOMEHOW SOMEONE SOMEWHERE NEEDS TO GET IT INTO RAFAS HEAD THAT IT IS COSTING THE TEAM DEARLY. YOU WOULD THINK AN INTELLIGANT MAN LIKE RAF COULD SEE THIS FOR HIMSELF.ULTIMATELY IF HE DOESNT CHANGE HE'S WAYS AND THE TEAM CONTINUE UNDER ACHIEVING. RAFA WILL LOSE HE'S JOB. HE HAS NO ULTIMATE RIGHT TO THE JOB AND A REPLACEMENT CAN BE FOUND. HOPEFULLY THIS WON'T HAPPEN , BUT THERE ARE A NUMBE OF WARNING SIGNALS AND THE FANS ARE NOT OVERLY IMPRESSED WITH WHAT THEY SEE AT THE MOMENT.RAFA AND THE PLAYERS NEEED TO UP THERE GAME AND ATTIRUDE. TO MY MIND ALL HAT IS NEEDED IS A SETTLED SIDE.
rafa could b good manager if he only stop rotating if he did go who would come in maybe steve nicol ,i'd like british manager might change our attacking formation what about martin o'neill !!
i hope xabi starts the game at everton .. maybe rafa could have xabi and mascherano as holding midfielders and which could let gerrard to freely push up the pitch. agger could be back as well which is good..against the pace of johnson and yakubu hyypia wont be able to do well as agger... i read torres is out for a cpl of weeks which is a blow.. lookin forward to voronin , kuyt and babel playin together...its goin to be a tough fixture and could as well determine the season for us.
I dont think Torres injury is as bad as first thought. He could be back for everton if not then arsenal. I agree that agger is needed against the quick forwards of everton and especailly arsenal. I also hope xabi starts against everton but i would like to see mascherano against arsenal, Give fabregas a battle and break up his passing game.
