f we sell riise who do we buy to replace him. we need qasmera. he isbetter than phillps and downing.we should buy wayne bridges. and a midfield player that goes forward not back wards.

Why are most shouting for Risse's head. The lad even when off form is better than most other left backs in his bracket. having a whole sale clearout is madness. It would release funds and the wage bill, but were not going under. We finally get a squad together which is good enough/big enough and we want to rip it up. In all squads you will get players who arnt as good as the first 11 or in our case first 18. But Carson is englands future and we dont have anyone better in the wings, and i would love to have one of spains top keepers and englands going head to head for the jersey. Sissoko has been out for a while and is struggling, everyone can see. But has he become a bad player over night. He has been emense sometimes and we should at least give him the opurtunity to win his place back, if he cant then we sell him. some off the other players being mentioned to bring in are nowhere near good enough. Stuart downing has improved but not what i want on the wing, wright phillps is a decent player but rafa may not want him, heard him say he likes big powerful players and most of ours are over 6' which is what he said he set out to do. Scott Parker is not any improvement of xabi or stevie or massch so why would he come, because all he would be would be a reserve.

Where i do agree with EDDIE is Micah Richards and Vincent Kompany. They are top players who are strong skillful and very quick. There both young and our club would be a step up at the minute for them. But everyone is chasing these 2 guys. The price would be astronomical. Even if chelsea and Manure didnt want them they would bid as to push up the price. Man City are flying and i believe wouldnt sell Richards and he seems a level headed loyal guy so doubt he be pushing for a move.

bigger the cost more pressure on the manager. Imagine if Torres wasnt scoring Jesus Rafa's head would of gone now. Truth is there are some great players out there but not always available. We should be going for an exciting winger young and quick with great skill, because thats what were missing. We got everything else, good forwards solid defenders and midfielders, and attacking fullbacks. we need a fast winger with great skill, who dribbles and scores and hugs the touch line, BUT what then with babel and pennant? Its only my opinion and the guys who still live locally (wish i had'nt moved) prob get to more games than i can these days so would no better but i believe all we need is a winger and a central defender. NO squad is perfect and never will they be. Arsenal's team is great with no big names and great football, but do they have a replacement for fabregas?NO. Manure's second string is worse than ours and chelsea have billions sitting on the bench, but do you want ballack-shevcenko-malouda-obi mikel-tal haim-sidwell????????
WE got a good team and a couple of extra's is enough. crouch is still useful and if he wants to stay then fine with me, he can be used to great effect in certain games.

I would offload Crouch,Sissoko,Leto.Someone ,mentioned offloading Voronin..I think your f..king bamry.The lad has scored more goals than when crouch or kuty signed for us when he started,he is the only one with an eye for goal and is in the right place at the right time..most of the times.The rest are rubbish..get rid of em quick before they start to pickle.SELL RIISE..why would you sell him.He is going through a bad spell at the moment.So is Gerrard and Carragher..would you sell them too?

We dont need another srtiker if we sell long shanks crouch.Babel is more equipt to playing there than on the wings.

we need to strenghten the back with a central defender and a defensive midfield...what do u guys think abt De Rossi from Roma..he is decent defensively and has very good distribution ... on the left wing we could go for PEDERSEN ( personally i think we shud go for him cos he has been playing in the league for a long time) from blackburn..mancini and quaresma shud also be looked at..we oukd look at sellin kuyt too cos we have babel lined up and we could put that money into buying another attacking midfielder....RAFA BUY ANDRES INIESTA...

Well Kewell is of no use, he is injury prone, won't fit in the rapid game that we are beginning to play.
As for Crouch and Carson, i'd say we need to sell them coz we are getting the best price for them, and they are just subs which we don't desesperately need, and both of them has been saying they want more action and want to leave.
As for sissoko, i would have had like to sell him but would not do so..WHY?? Simply coz Mascherano is not yet our player, he is just on some kind of loan, what if the deal fails, we'll be left without any defensive midfielder, the guy will have time till then to prove us that he deserves a chance.
And i agree with Scousefor life who is saying that Riise is just having a bda time just like gerrard, So if we are not selling gerrard, then why get angry at riise, just give him the time.
Buying somebody, i don't know much abot pedersen, Kompany?? i just watch him on youtube, but these things are biases, u can even find great videos on shitty players there made by fans.
Leto has just had one bad match and everybody want his head, am sure it would be the same if it was Hobbs or Darby, just give them a few chance then assess, not just on one bad game.

What cover he is providing?? He is always on loan, so he is not on the bench as cover, and he is not ready to sit on the bench, so whats the use of keeping an unhappy player??
As for leto and Aurelio, they have not yet got the chance to prove anything with just one game, and everybody want them out!!
But i do agree we need to give a big chance to homegrown players like Darby, Hobbs, Anderson, Lindfield...

I AGREE WITH CRITICALMIND, SELL CARSON IF WE CANGET 10M , HE ONLY COST US 750,0000 AND AT THE ENDOF THE DAY HE ISNT ANYWHERE NEAR ASGOOD AS REINNA SO HE WILL BE BENCH WARMING FOR A LONG TIME TO COME.RE THE YOUNGSTERS LETS GIVE LETO AND AURILIO A CHANCE, LETO IS ONLY 19 AND KEEPS SHINING IN THE RESERVES, AURILIO IS COMING BACK FROM A BAD INJURY. WE SHOULD GIVE CHANCES TO DARBY HOBBS LINDFIELD IN THE CARLING CUP AGAINST CARDIFF. RE ANDERSON HE IS DOING WELL AT SWANSEA ( WHO WANT TO MAKE THE LOAN DEAL PERMANANT ) WE SHOULD GET HIM BACK AND GIVE HIM A TRY NEXT SEASON.
