it was tragic to see such a fine player as puerta pass away . i saw some of the sevilla matches last season and he was outstanding . but i dont understand how a 22 year old who is probably in the prime of his career and is absolutely fit , can have a massive cardiac arrest and multiple organs failure. where does this all come from. it doesn make sense. what is it? hard training regime? or just a freak incident? i dunno...but nonetheless it happened. we have seen two players collapsing on the pitch last week. i think the football associations shud look into it seriously.

Being a Medic myself,I have only seen people with high calorie intake leading to increase in their cholesterol level and affetcing blood pressure and heart rate.when it happens to "fit"individuals you start to wonder.I have stated it before and ill say it again.Some of the football players might be using so enhancers to help them cope with their fitness if they might be struggling.Hence leading to a contraindication which means that the player/s have a allergic reaction to a certtain form of medication that could trigger a cardiac arrest.Depends on the individual really and what they cant and can take.
Mark viven Foe suffered the same sort of heart attack.So did a few other of the players and past away on the pitch.Hope the situations are solved soon,but then again we will never know what they might of taken.

its sad when anyone dies, byt to be that young and fit it makes you wonder.i think every body is diffrent,my grandad smoked and a drinker all his life 60 a day died at90 i have had freinds die at30, and 24. the is no answer only fate.rip puerta, ynwa.....
