Ground Move - Discovery of Kop Foundation Stone

What is happening on the ground move? - Does anyone have any news? Is there any indication of its capacity?

The BBC Liverpool Fc website announces that the original foundation stone of the Kop has been discovered. It would be wonderful to set that as the foundation stone in the "New Kop" - if the ground move goes ahead?
